Dr. Miller was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Dr. Miller grew up in the dressing room of the Edmonton Oilers hockey team watching his Father, a dental surgeon, treat hockey legends like Wayne Gretzky. From a young age, Dr. Miller developed his passion for treatment that would return the professional athlete to his or her sport as quickly possible. Dr. Miller went on to play collegiate basketball in two countries and has worked with multiple teams in a variety of positions in order to expand his knowledge of injury, pain and the healing process. Along his global journey Dr. Miller has studied numerous Western and Eastern treatment modalities and obtained Corportate Wellness Provider certification, allowing him to provide very thorough and diverse care for his patients. Dr. Miller resides in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and in his spare time enjoys attending Mavericks and Chiefs games, playing hockey and running with his Border Collie, Patches. Dr. Miller has been independently practicing in the Kansas City Metro area since 2010.
